Window Cleaner (Commercial)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Window Cleaner to join our team. You will be soley responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of storefronts across various commercial properties. Your expertise will help enhance the appearance of our clients’ buildings while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times. This position requires about an hour work outdoors, utilize specialized cleaning equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service on every job. You are required to have your own tools and supplies.

This location has 3 suits and takes roughly 2 hrs for interior and exterior window cleaning. This is performed on a Saturday, once per month and is ready to be cleaned

Pay Structure:

PAY for PERFORMANCE (P4P)

· Merit Pay: Permanent base-salary per job completion (33% Starting) Roughly $50/hr

Your base salary for each job worked and completed. No extra pay is perceived here. Paid bi-weekly.

· On-Time/Schedule Bonus: Additional pay per month (3.5%)

Addition to your Merit Pay, regardless of Job QCC Bonus, if you complete ALL assigned tasks on time and on schedule for the month. Paid on the 15th of each month.

· Job Quality, Consistency, Care (QCC) Bonus: Additional pay per month (3.5%)

Addition to your Merit Pay, regardless of On-Time/Schedule Bonus, if you do not receive any callbacks and/or complaints for the month. (REMEMBER: COMPLAINTS ALWAYS RESULT IN A CALLBACK) Paid on the 30th of each month, or last day of the month.

Duties

• Perform storefront window cleaning (inside/outside) using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning techniques to achieve streak-free results.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently to adhere to safety protocols during outdoor work and when working at heights.
• Apply proper safety procedures when using ladders to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial window cleaning, including storefronts, high-rise buildings, or residential properties.
• Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment such as traditional squeegees, and specialized tools for exterior window cleaning.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering streak-free, spotless results.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus; familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is highly valued.
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during each project.
