As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled and motivated LED Lighting Installers to join our team.

Position Overview

The LED Lighting Installer will be responsible for installing, retrofitting, and upgrading lighting systems across commercial and institutional facilities. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and retrofit LED lighting systems in commercial buildings
• Safely operate lifts, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment
• Remove and dispose of lamps and fixtures in accordance with regulations
• Follow project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with crew leads and project managers to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and facility staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related trades preferred
• Ability to work at heights using lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical concepts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work second shift hours
• OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus
• Must be cleared for legal work in the U.S. (I-9)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
