Housekeeping Duties and Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping is responsible for the following:

• Cleaning common areas of the facility and Resident rooms
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Housekeeper must be able to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment
• Must be able to work as a team member with other Housekeepers assigned to the facility
• Solid work ethic with initiative for quality and customer service
• Remain positive and caring, and act in the best interest of our patients
• Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor
  
  
  

Housekeeping Qualifications and Experience:

All Housekeepers must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details

Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule

May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested

Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)

Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
