What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Preferred Care Health Centers?
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents with toileting and continence care as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Promote resident safety and follow care plans and facility policies
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping as assigned
