Preferred Care at Mercer is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Staff Members to join our team on a Full time basis, including weekend and afternoon/evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
Engage residents in meaningful social, physical, and cognitive activities
Foster a warm and inclusive environment that promotes interaction and enhances well-being
Support and encourage resident participation based on individual interests and abilities
Collaborate with the Activities Director and other team members to deliver a well-rounded program
Qualifications:
Must be well-organized, dependable, and professional
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life
Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
