We are seeking a full time Onsite IT Support Specialist to join our team at Precision Valley Communications!

- Report to Billerica, MA office Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Provision, configure, and deploy new computers, monitors, and peripheral equipment.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve company issued hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, configurations, and technical documentation.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology setup for employees.
- Refer contracted hardware problems or defective products to vendors for service.
- Completes projects as assigned in the IT area.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment including computers and mobile devices.
- Track asset life-cycle from procurement through disposal
- Other IT related tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Have dependable transportation to get to Billerica, MA office.
- 1 year of IT support experience in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, modems, Wi-Fi setup).
- Experience with provisioning tools and remote desktop/support platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- May be required to work over-time; after hours as needed to ensure work is completed.
- May include working nights and holidays as needed.
- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Provide technical support for computers running Windows and mobile devices running iOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update applications.
- Document support tickets and maintain resolution records
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
