LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW)Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Work - LCSW – Social ServicesRate: Up to $2400.00 weekly benefits from day 1!Location: Worcester, MADay (8H) - (5x8-hour) 8A-4:30PQualifications & RequirementsEducationMaster's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.ExperienceOne (1) to three (3) years in specialty required.Experience working with diverse populationsKnowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniquesRequired hospital/medical social work in a Level 1 Trauma facility.Required Level 1 ED Trauma UnitLicenses/CertificationsCurrent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of employment.AHA BLS certification required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.Maintain detailed and accurate client records.Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with appropriate resources.Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups.Participate in case management and follow-up services.Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health and social work.
