We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of Python development experience and a solid statistical background to design, build, and optimize advanced AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- Develop and optimize applications using LangChain for scalable AI workflows.
- Build robust Python-based systems for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate model performance and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of Python development experience with strong coding and debugging skills.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and augmentation.
- Proficiency with LangChain for building modular AI workflows.
- Strong statistical background (probability, regression, hypothesis testing).
