What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Line Inspector position at Precision Staffing?
A manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Line Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance and driving product excellence.
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing setting and must be available to train on 1st shift for 60–90 days.
Hours: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on the production line
- Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection tools and equipment
- Support continuous improvement efforts in quality and process efficiency
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in quality control is a plus)
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing
