Job Title: Line Worker / Assembly Production
Location: Walton, Kentucky 41094
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16/hour
Overview:
Precision Staffing is seeking dependable Line Workers to join a fast-paced production team in Walton, Kentucky. Our client is a manufacturer of high-quality hand sanitizer and hygiene products for commercial and retail markets. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for candidates looking for consistent hours, hands-on work, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety regulations, company SOPs, and work instructions
- Load conveyors with components
- Assemble and label boxes and containers
- Inspect components and finished goods for quality
- Palletize and move finished goods to staging areas using a pallet jack
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Flexible availability, including potential overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 5–20 pounds frequently; 30–50 pounds occasionally
- Reach and lift overhead
- Crouch and lift from floor level
- Operate a pallet jack
- Walk, stand, or sit up to 95% of the day
- Work in temperatures between 50° F and 85° F
