Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
- Create take-offs and prepare detailed estimates using PlanSwift software
- Manage change orders and update project budgets accordingly
- Generate punch out lists and oversee project closeout process
Required Skills:
- Commercial Construction experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Bluebeam software
- Knowledge of pre-construction and project management processes
- Strong understanding of structural design and building construction
- Ability to develop scope of work and manage submittals
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Xactimate software
- Familiarity with civil construction projects
- Background in bidding and request for information processes
