Recruiter

As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering professionals. You will collaborate with account managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting engineering professionals.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and networking events to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.

Requirements;

• High School degree with experience in recruitment for engineering positions
• Previous experience with JobDiva preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
