What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at APDerm?
We are looking for a full cycle recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will support the HR Department in the strategic recruitment and retention of employees. This person will report to the Director of HR and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a remote position; however, this person must be willing to travel to our Acton, MA office on a semi-regular basis. Candidates must live in MA, NH, RI, CT or NY.
- Manage multiple requisitions on a weekly basis
- Review applications and determine eligibility for employment
- Prescreen candidates and gather availability for follow up interview with Hiring Manager
- Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers according to their availability and ensure both parties have all necessary information for a successful interview
- Keep applicant's status up to date in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) along with all relevant notes on activity
- Responsible for maintaining a sufficient pipeline of candidates for all assigned requisitions; if there is not enough direct applicant traffic, responsible for sourcing database and/or working with Director of HR/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine additional outlets for candidate flow
- Maintain open flow of communication with Director of HR/ Talent Acquisition Specialist on any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in recruiting
- Recruiting experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Experience working with an ATS required; experience with iCIMS preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to think outside the box in order to achieve deliverables
