We may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Compliance Specialist I to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support auditing and assessment processes to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, and efficiency of operations.
- Review and analyze data to identify deficiencies or non-compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal procedures.
- Document audit results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions to address identified compliance issues.
- Assist with maintaining and updating audit procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for audits.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Note: Relevant experience can be substituted for educational requirements. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
- Basic understanding of FAR/DFAR.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Exposure to audit procedures and techniques.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Internship experience in a compliance or audit role.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the U.S. Department of Defense, or U.S. Military.
