What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Extrusion Operator position at Precision Replacement Parts?
What you’ll do:
- Set up, operate, change over, and tear down extruders and downstream equipment
- Read and verify prints, use measurement tools and conduct in-process quality checks and adjustments
- Prepare packaging materials, package extrusion as it comes off the line
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of successful related work, extrusion or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally, standing during the shift, and using hands and arms with coordination and strength
