Accounts Receivable Specialist
Temporary-to-hire role with our client west of Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoicing, cash applications, and payment postings accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and other exception items
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and assist with collection activities for past-due accounts
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Maintain organized and complete AR documentation, including tenant files and cash receipt records
- Monitor AR aging and support efforts to keep accounts current
- Follow established company procedures, policies, and escalation processes
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent accounting or finance experience will also be considered
- Experience with invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections
- Basic understanding of billing terms, AR aging, and cash application workflows
- Strong communication and customer service skills
