Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically inclined Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to participate in all warehouse operations for our fast-paced AV production company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment prep and returns, ensuring accurate logistics for productions, and maintaining high operational efficiency within the warehouse. The position reports to our Director of Operations and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of our offices located south of Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
· Pull and prep audiovisual equipment, load and unload trucks, inspect and QC gear upon return, and quarantine any damaged gear.
· Work with other warehouse technicians and freelancers to meet delivery/pickup deadlines for load-ins, load-outs, and show support.
· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse spaces and loading docks.
· Maintain cleanliness of company trucks and perform basic vehicle maintenance. Coordinate repairs as needed with third party automotive repair vendors.
· Assist in local deliveries/pickups at show sites. Occasionally assist with set up/dismantle on show site.
· Additional duties as required.
Inventory Management
· Maintain detailed and accurate equipment inventory using inventory management software (Current-RMS).
· Ensure equipment is presentable and in ideal working condition before delivery to clients.
· Track usage, damages, losses, repair and maintenance needs for AV gear including audio systems, lighting rigs, video systems, projectors, cabling and control gear.
· Coordinate regular cycle counts and annual audits.
· Coordinate purchase of new and replacement gear as necessary.
Logistics and Scheduling
· Coordinate delivery and pickup logistics with internal teams and sub rental vendors.
· Management of vehicle allocation including predicting shortages and coordinating rental vehicles when necessary.
· Reach out to event venues to confirm event logistics details.
· Create and enter purchase orders timely and according to system procedures, while updating cost information in the RMS system.
· Assist Operations Team with scheduling labor for events and warehouse support.
· Assist the Operations Team to source, coordinate, and secure cross rental equipment necessary for upcoming jobs.
· Project future equipment / asset shortages and formulate plans on how to avoid them.
· Work closely with Operations Team and Project Managers to ensure equipment availability and timely prep of gear per show specs.
· Manage truck loading/unloading plans and ensure proper packing to avoid equipment damage.
Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required
· 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in the live events or AV industry.
· Experience managing AV gear: lighting, sound, video, rigging, power distribution.
· Basic computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite and ability to learn inventory and project management software (Flex, Current-RMS, Monday.com or similar).
· Strong time management, communication and organizational skills.
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance.
· Must be capable of continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching in a warehouse environment.
· Must pass background checks and drug screening.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record to drive non-CDL trucks up to 26’.
· Understanding of DOT transportation laws and OSHA warehouse safety standards.
· Must be willing and able to work overtime, along with occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Work Schedule
Standard on-site hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
