What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Precision Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery?
DENTAL/ORAL SURGERY MARKETING & COMMUNITY RELATIONS – PART-TIME
Precision Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is looking for a motivated, outgoing Dental/Oral Surgery Office Marketing & Community Relations person to help grow our practice and strengthen relationships with local dental offices.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position for someone who enjoys getting out in the community, meeting people, and building genuine professional relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Visit local dental offices and build relationships with dentists and their teams
- Introduce our oral surgery practice and services to referring offices
- Drop off marketing materials, referral resources, and office updates
- Coordinate and deliver lunches, treats, and appreciation events
- Follow up with dental offices and maintain ongoing relationships
- Identify opportunities to increase referrals and community awareness
- Help coordinate social media and other marketing efforts as needed
- Represent our practice professionally and enthusiastically
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident
- Professional and comfortable speaking with dental professionals
- Self-motivated and organized
- Energetic and personable
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
- Experienced in dental marketing, sales, community relations, or healthcare preferred
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk marketing position. We want someone who enjoys being out in the community, creating relationships, and becoming a familiar face in dental offices throughout the area.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.27 per hour
