Are you interested in marketing but looking for the chance to actually get involved? At Lumen Field Creative, you will work alongside a team that creates websites, brand identities, and digital experiences for businesses. As our Marketing Assistant, you will help move ideas from an initial brief through preparation, review, and launch.
Where you will get involved
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping prepare marketing briefs, content calendars, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Drafting straightforward copy for promotional content and making updates after feedback.
- Gathering images, approved wording, links, and other assets so the team can work from the latest information.
- Checking dates, names, links, and details before materials are shared or published.
- Keeping track of deadlines and following up with colleagues when a piece of work needs a decision.
- Supporting the promotion of the studio’s work and helping organize examples of completed projects.
- Pulling together simple updates on what has gone live and how it has performed.
What you could bring
You communicate clearly, notice details, and like working with other people to get something finished. You may have studied marketing, helped promote a campus event, created content for a small business, or simply be ready to turn a strong interest into hands-on experience.
Previous agency experience is not required. You should be comfortable writing a clear email, learning new tools, staying organized, and asking questions when a brief needs clarification.
