Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffold building.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising scaffold crews.
- Comprehensive knowledge of scaffold construction techniques, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and scaffold design plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
