Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role overseeing scaffold building teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA scaffolding standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in scaffolding safety and inspection (e.g., CISRS, SSP).
- Experience working in large-scale oil and gas or mining extraction projects.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
