We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift (4pm-12AM) Shipping Associate to support our compounding pharmacy operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining efficiency and organization within the facility. You will be part of the Operations team and report directly to the Site Supervisor, with oversight from the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize internal systems and technology to track, process, and ship packages
- Ensure all shipments are prepared and labeled correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Support operational needs across packaging, shipping, and fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Flexibility to support different operational functions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes
- Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment
