Main Job Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance of the facilities.
- Inspects facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepares maintenance schedules/repairs
- · Works overtime and weekends as needed in order to ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Inspect and maintains building systems
- Negotiates pricing for all machine parts and preventative maintenance parts as required
- Assists and supports other facilities under the company umbrella by traveling to these locations to assist.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Practices cost avoidance by reducing and/or eliminating cost avoidance

Education and Qualifications
- High school or general education degree (GED). More than five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
