What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Technician position at All-Seasons Ground Maintenance Inc?
Job Summary
All-Seasons Ground Maintenance is looking for one additional crew member to join our team! Duties will focus on various shapes based upon the season of the year. Currently crews focus on mulching, then as season progresses trimming shrubs, annual flower installs, reseeding, etc. Additionally this crews will occasionally mow when regular crews behind, and help assist in larger landscape installations. This is a year round, full time position.
Pay is weekly and based on relevant experience and job performance. This position prefers past experience in the landscaping field, direct knowledge of operating gas hedge trimmers, pluggers, mowers, etc. If you have no experience but a relaible, strong worth ethic, we can discuss further on the phone.
Compensation will be determined at interview and based on your experience and expertise. Paid holidays at 90 days, accrual PTO immediately, company shut down from Christmas Eve through New Years day off with pay. Quarterly attendance bonus. 401K plan with company match. Pay is weekly. We only work Monday - Friday and average 40 hours per week year round. No weekends!
You MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work, pass a background check, and drug test. If you are unable to do these things please do not apply! In addition, you must be able to lift 80 lbs. repeatedly and handle outdoor work environments. This is a fast paced job requiring manual labor.
