As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and tree care, contributing to the overall aesthetic and health of outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Perform tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Irrigate landscapes effectively to ensure optimal plant health.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in the installation of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain grounds by mowing lawns, edging, weeding, and mulching as needed.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of tree care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic landscaping machinery safely.
