Responsibilities include providing leadership for the 32-bed Laconia ED and 8-bed Franklin ED (Critical Access), overseeing day-to-day operations, stabilizing and coordinating patient care, and supporting nursing staff across shifts. Leadership for the Laconia 6-bed locked acute psych unit is handled separately by Behavioral Health. The Nurse Manager must have strong hands-on ED skills to support higher acuity cases and facilitate quality improvement initiatives.Skills / Qualifications:Strong ED clinical and leadership skillsAbility to mentor and grow nursing leaders across shifts and sitesKnowledge of nursing practice standards and quality improvement principlesEMR: Cerner experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
