📢 We're Hiring: Construction Superintendent | Multi-State | W-2
Precision Impact Development is growing, and we're looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent who's ready to own the field — not just follow orders.
This is a W-2 role for someone with 5–10 years of hands-on experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can lead a jobsite independently, and takes pride in delivering quality work from groundbreak to closeout.
🔨 What You'll Own:
• Day-to-day field operations across multi-state projects
• Subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and accountability
• Scheduling, site walks, and quality control inspections
• OSHA compliance and jobsite safety enforcement
• Daily reporting, client/inspector communication, and project closeout
✅ What We're Looking For:
• 5–10 years of Construction Superintendent experience
• Strong subcontractor management across multiple trades
• OSHA 30 certified (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable with digital reporting tools
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple states
• Professional communicator who can represent PID with clients, architects, and inspectors
