Now Hiring: Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Gate Parkway Center – Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Job Summary
Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our busy outpatient diagnostic imaging center on Gate Parkway in Jacksonville, FL.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for both patients and staff. Previous experience cleaning a medical office or healthcare facility is preferred; however, at least one year of commercial cleaning experience is required.
This position requires the ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday, up to 8 hours, except during scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms
- Maintain clean and orderly waiting rooms, imaging rooms, changing rooms, offices, and common areas
- Follow detailed safety instructions when cleaning around high-tech medical imaging equipment
- Monitor and restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed
- Remove trash and debris inside and outside the building
- Clean and sanitize windows, doors, and entryways
- Sweep, dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces and furniture throughout the facility
- Assist in identifying and reporting safety hazards and placing appropriate signage when needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience required
- Medical office or healthcare cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday
