Job Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry
Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Rate: Up to $2,400 Gross Weekly benefits available from day 1
Shift: Nights, 7p–7a, 3x12s; every other weekend and every other holiday
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- 3 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Strong experience in telemetry and neuro
Certifications:
- BLS
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting
- Monitor and care for patients requiring telemetry
- Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Provide care for patients with neurological needs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Salary : $2,400
