Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry
Location: Concord, NH
Rate: Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly benefits available from day 1
Shift: 7p–7a, 12-hour nights; every other weekend
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license
- 2 years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
- High-acuity Med/Surg experience required
- Respiratory care experience preferred
Certifications:
- BLS required
- NIHSS required prior to start
- ACLS preferred
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred passing score of 80%
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity Med/Surg/Telemetry patients
- Monitor and assess patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Care for patients with conditions including pneumonia, COPD, GI bleeding, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, and wounds
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide appropriate telemetry monitoring
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
