Duties
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to problem-solving efforts on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by disposing of waste materials properly and following safety guidelines.
Skills
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when necessary.
