Job description:
We are a small, specialized firm based in Northwest Arkansas. We are looking for Independent Contractors to join our field teams for nationwide modular building offloads and installations. This is 100% travel work. If you are mechanically inclined and dependable, we will train you on our specific systems.
What We Provide
- Pay: $300 – $500 per day (based on experience/skill set).
- Travel: All flights and lodging are company-paid.
- Expenses: Daily per diem provided for meals.
- Support: We reimburse for required OSHA certifications and approved equipment.
- Training: We provide hands-on training for our specific modular offload and assembly procedures.
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites across the USA to assist in the offload and positioning of modular units.
- Use hand and power tools for structural assembly and mechanical installation.
- Coordinate with crane operators and transport teams to ensure safe offloads.
- Represent the company professionally on high-standard industrial job sites.
Requirements
- Reliability: You must be able to travel 100% and show up on time.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic experience with tools and construction environments is required.
- Professionalism: Ability to follow strict safety protocols and work well in a small team.
- Documentation: Must have a valid ID and be able to pass site-specific background checks.
