Installation & Production Specialis

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. No previous sign industry experience is required, we're willing to train the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the print manufacturing, graphics, and signage industry from experienced professionals. You'll work on projects for corporate offices, hospitals, universities, retail stores, and other commercial spaces throughout the region.

You'll receive hands on training in:

• Vinyl graphics and lettering
• Wall wraps and murals
• Privacy film
• Wallpaper installation
• ADA signage
• SEG fabric frame systems
• Dimensional letters
• Interior and exterior signage
• Print production processes
• Professional installation techniques
• Job site safety and industry best practices

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer locations to install a variety of signs and graphics.
• Read layouts, blueprints, and installation drawings.
• Work with experienced installers to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Prepare materials and assist with production in our shop.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other trades on job sites.
• Help identify ways to improve installation methods and production processes.
• Learn new products and installation techniques as our industry evolves.

Most work is completed indoors, although some exterior installations are required. This position includes local travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight travel. All travel expenses are paid, and company vehicles are provided.

• Able to solve problems and adapt on the job.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for 8–10 hours.
• Comfortable bending, climbing ladders, and working in various installation environments.
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation drawings.
• Experience using hand tools or working in construction, manufacturing, carpentry, automotive, or a related trade is a plus but not required.
• OSHA 10/30 or lift certifications are a plus but not required.
