Recruiting Assistant

Precision Garage Door Service is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team while our Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator is on maternity leave. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity working directly under our HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator upon return.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruiting cycle, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating scheduling with hiring managers
• Support day-to-day HR and recruiting operations across multiple locations
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and values
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or office administration preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a “people-first” mindset

Details:

• Position Type: Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time in office
• Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Depending on experience
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
