Loan Servicing Specialist II

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the loan application.

Job Summary

• Shifts Available: 8am to 5pm
• Pay range: $29-$34
• Research missing or misapplied loan payments
• Process loan payment reversals
• Provide letters
• Handler customer inquiries or research
• Assist lenders to resolve customer complaints or issues
• Answering customer phone calls
• Perform maintenance on payment schedules, rates and billing records
• Set up ACH-AFT Records
• Complete change of address requests
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations
• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
