The Role
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. You are the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear. Your goal is to blend a caring, enthusiastic attitude with the technical precision required to keep a medical office running smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday – Saturday)
What You’ll Do
Patient Relations & Communication
- Set the Mood: Maintain a caring, pleasant, and enthusiastic atmosphere that makes patients feel at home.
- Expert Scheduling: Manage appointments and answer telephones with promptness and courtesy.
- Problem Solver: Listen responsively to patient concerns, providing immediate remedies or routing them to the right team member who can help them.
- Information Hub: Answer inquiries regarding insurance, scheduling, and office directions with clarity and patience.
Technical & Administrative Excellence
- Insurance Navigator: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance plans, verify claim payments, and explain fees clearly to patients.
- Data Integrity: Efficiently manage patient registration, record maintenance, and software updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Doctor and Office Manager to suggest ideas for cost reduction or workflow improvements.
- Ethics & Professionalism: Abide by high professional standards to ensure the integrity of our practice.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Experience: At least 1 year of Customer Service (Required).
- Bonus Points: Experience with medical terminology or insurance verification is a plus!
- Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods while managing front-desk operations.
