We are a pediatric dental clinic looking for a positive and professional individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, coordinating patient treatments, managing a multi-line phone system, and verifying Medicaid insurance.

Job Duties:
· Answer incoming calls
· Schedule appointments
· Fill the schedule
· Triage emergency calls
· Verify insurance
· Offer support to front desk team members
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
· Bilingual - English/Spanish required
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Computer proficient – experience with word, excel, and MS office
· Ability to discuss financials
· Typing speed of at least 60wpm
