Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Pack products securely, ensuring proper packaging standards are maintained for safe shipping
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanical loaders to load and unload materials
- Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to verify accuracy and product integrity
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including inventory stocking, unloading trucks, and updating warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and streamline operations
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members and supervisors to meet order deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and stock management
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and tools
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory control software
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials regularly
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
