This role involves the assembly and winding of transformer coils, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to focus on repetitive tasks, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wind transformer coils according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Operate winding machines and tools safely and eficiently.
- Inspect finished coils for quality assurance, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly role; transformer experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- IPS610 Soldering skills or equivalent a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing repetetive tasks.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
