We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Coil Winder. As a Coil Winder, you will be responsible for winding coils used in electrical equipment and instruments, or as electronic components, according to wiring diagrams, a sample coil, or a work order.

Responsibilities:
- Wind wire onto magnetic cores to specified number of turns, according to wiring diagrams, sample coil, or work order.
- Cut wire to specified lengths, using wire cutters.
- Tins wire ends, using soldering iron.
- Insert and adjust air core, iron core, or laminate core into coil.
- Inspect and test completed coils for continuity, resistance, and shorts, using ohmmeter, and other testing devices.
- Record production and operational data on specified forms.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in coil winding or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work orders.
- Familiarity with hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary : $40,000 - $46,000
