Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Electronic Technician based in Danville, VA. The Senior Electronic Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial controls and electronic equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, soldering, and ensuring all work meets the quality standards that Precision Electronic Services, Inc. is known for.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electronics Technology, Electricity, and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Soldering and Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment and industrial controls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or degrees in electronics or related fields are a plus
- Experience with major control brands (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) is beneficial
