Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA.

Essential Duties of the Manufacturing Support Coordinator:

Essential Duties of the Manufacturing Support Coordinator:
- Review labor and attendance records for accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Check and correct hourly labor entries in timekeeping systems
- Enter inventory data into internal systems
- Record weekly union overtime hours
- Distribute internal mail and occasionally deliver mail to the local post office
- Post hourly PTO reports to appropriate departments
- Distribute and retrieve shop drawings and procedures to/from specified locations
- Order and maintain office and miscellaneous shop supplies (e.g., tools)
- Verify subcontractor time entries and follow up on discrepancies
- Investigate and coordinate corrections to documentation issues identified by the Quality Department
- Assist supervision in tracking work operation hours against expected performance
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with both union and non-union staff across departments
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or related discipline preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years administrative experience in business environment in disciplines such as manufacturing or human resources. Experience in a union environment a plus!
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills required. Must have a working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

Salary : $18 - $25
