Position Summary

Working craft position. Duties include concrete cutting, operate equipment, cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Duties include, but will not be limited to

  • Operate Gas, Propane and electric diesel floor saws.
  • Operate soff-cut saw, wall saw, chain saw, hand saw, core drill, wire saw.
  • Operate forklift.
  • Maintain saws, equipment and work environments.
  • Demolition.
  • Epoxy application.
  • Perform all work in accordance with industry standard safety policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

2 to 3 years of related experience or training.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

This position requires the completion

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Current Driver's License, DOT Certification, OSHA 10 (Preferred), Forklift Certification.
