Precision Chiropractic — Green Bay, WI
25–30 hours per week | Starting at $19/hour | Chiropractic care included
If interested, please read the entire posting
We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our office—not simply sit behind a front desk.
Precision Chiropractic is a busy, established chiropractic practice looking for a warm, energetic and highly dependable person to help run our front office and support several of our online business operations.
Approximately 70% of this position involves running the front desk and taking care of our patients. The remaining 30% involves administrative and online work for our chiropractic and education businesses.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
- Answering phones and communicating confidently with patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Collecting payments
- Helping patients stay on their recommended schedules
- Following up with new patient inquiries and online leads
- Patient recall and reactivation
- Phone, text and email follow-up
- General office organization
- Keeping the reception and patient areas professional and organized
- Administrative work
- Email and phone communication
- Working with GoHighLevel and other online systems
- Assisting with social media and digital content
- Helping manage online courses, memberships and customer inquiries
- Learning and using AI and other technology as appropriate
You do not need to know all of these systems when you start. We can teach you.
What we cannot teach as easily is attitude, energy, dependability and how you treat people.
Who We're Looking For
The right person is:
- Warm and friendly
- Energetic and positive
- Extremely reliable
- Excellent on the phone
- A self-starter
- Calm when things get busy
- Comfortable with technology
- Able to work without constant supervision
- Detail-oriented
- A fast learner
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Comfortable taking direction
- Willing to identify and solve problems instead of waiting to be told about them
Chiropractic or healthcare-office experience is a plus, but it is not required.
We are more interested in finding the right person and training them than finding someone with the perfect résumé.
This Position Probably Isn't for You If...
You're looking for a job where you can simply wait to be told what to do.
There are always things that can be accomplished in a busy practice. When the front desk slows down, that's the opportunity to follow up with patients, organize, complete administrative work and help with our online businesses.
We're looking for someone who sees those opportunities without needing someone standing over them.
You also need to enjoy working with people, accept direction well, treat coworkers and patients with respect, and understand that reliability matters when you're part of a small team.
Schedule
This is a 15-20 hour-per-week position.
Hours will generally be either mornings or afternoons, with the possibility of one weekday off depending upon the final schedule.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to work and become part of our team long-term. This is not intended as a temporary position around a school schedule.
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay is $19/hour, with chiropractic care included.
There is opportunity for increased compensation and responsibility as the practice grows.
If you're capable and want more responsibility, there is room for this position to grow with you.
Why Precision Chiropractic?
We're a small team, which means the person we hire matters.
We care about our employees, work hard to create an enjoyable environment and try to accommodate reasonable needs whenever possible.
You'll work with good people, have a predictable schedule and have an opportunity to become an important part of a growing practice and education business.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants more than just another job.
We want someone who can eventually look around the office, know what needs to happen and make it happen.
If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you. Apply by answering these five questions and attaching your resume.
1. You have finished everything you were asked to do, the office is quiet, and no one has given you another task. What do you do next?
2. Tell us about a job where you had to handle several small responsibilities at once. How did you make sure things didn't get forgotten?
3. A patient calls frustrated because they can't get the appointment time they want. How would you handle the conversation?
4. Tell us about a time your employer or supervisor corrected something you were doing. What was the correction, and what did you do afterward?
5. This position involves answering phones, scheduling patients, following up with people who haven't scheduled, collecting payments, learning new software, and doing repetitive administrative work when the office is quiet. Which part would you enjoy most, and which would you enjoy least? Why?
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
