- Bachelor degree preferred: in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, however equivalent experience and demonstrated qualifications will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, EHS, facilities management, and janitorial services roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software, excel, power point, MS word, and tools.
