Position Summary
Working without supervision, operators perform all levels of centerless grinding operations including intermediate setups. This includes the ability to hand dress grinding wheels to achieve customer specified part geometries. May serve as SME in either CNC, Manual or Auto Feeding grinding machines. 3-5 Years

Working without supervision, operators perform all levels of centerless grinding operations including intermediate setups. This includes the ability to hand dress grinding wheels to achieve customer specified part geometries. May serve as SME in either CNC, Manual or Auto Feeding grinding machines. 3-5 Years
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- In Process Inspection (Visual & Functional, Recording)
- Providing leadership and training to lower level employees
- Perform intermediate-to advanced machine setups
- Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
- The ability to read and write English.
- Intermediate Print Reading
- Intermediate-Advanced Trouble Shooting
- Intermediate Shop Math
- Intermediate-Advanced Understanding of Machine Function (Setups)
- Intermediate Knowledge of Grinding Tools & Material Types
- Typically 3-5 Years
- GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
