Precision Cabinets, a leading custom cabinet manufacturer, is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to join our team. This position operates Monday – Friday and is responsible for delivering our products throughout the greater Bay Area. The role requires reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Objectives
- Meet scheduled delivery times and maintain an efficient route.
- Perform daily truck inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Complete required safety checklists and documentation.
- Unload cabinets and materials at job sites safely and efficiently.
- Carry cabinets from the truck to designated areas inside homes.
- Participate in our on-site Driver Training Program; Support delivery operations and assist with cabinet handling while completing training.
Qualifications
- Clean DMV record and valid Class C driver’s license (Class B preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience; experience with a 24’ box truck preferred
- Ability to repetitively lift 50 pounds; must be able to team-lift and carry 100 pounds
- Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to load & unload operations, heavy lifting, and vehicle operation.
- Highly dependable with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays
Benefits & Compensation
The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
