Location: Brentwood, California
Precision Cabinets is seeking a Finisher I to join our team. This entry‑level role supports our finishing department with a focus on quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. We’re looking for dependable, coachable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Objectives
- Assist in sanding, prepping, and finishing cabinet components
- Follow standard processes to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support team members and cross-train as needed
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or finishing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Consistent ability to follow instructions and repeat processes
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with a team; able to stand for long periods
- Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members.
- Highly dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays
Benefits & Compensation
The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $21.00 – $25.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
