Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing services on vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing to achieve a pristine finish
- Execute specialized tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and interior cleaning to meet high standards of quality
- Operate car wash equipment and other tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all detailing supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and explaining detailing procedures clearly
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles before and after service to ensure quality control
- Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to keep the facility clean and welcoming
Requirements
- Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles as needed
- Knowledge of detailing techniques such as buffing, window tinting, and interior cleaning is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions throughout the day
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

We will be offering an hourly wage floor... but we are expecting motivated individuals to be able to make more- by making a percentage of billable services. Honestly... the sky is the limit.
