Project Manager

Precision Aerospace is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong account management skills with exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless project execution and superior client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing multiple customer accounts, reviewing contracts, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating internally to drive on-time delivery (OTD) and meet customer scorecard expectations.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate to support their needs while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Review and interpret customer contracts, purchase orders, and specifications to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Prepare accurate quotes and cost estimates for customer projects, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, escalating when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct account reviews, follow up on customer feedback, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and project milestones.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer-facing roles requiring strategic oversight.
• Strong knowledge of contract review, estimating, and project coordination.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications
• ERP experience, JobBOSS is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is preferred.
